Each booking includes a 12-hour rental window from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the check in day, giving you a full day to enjoy the property with your group. - Monday–Thursday: $1,800 per day
- Friday & Saturday: $2,000 per day

- How many people can we invite? The Gathering Hall accommodates up to 150 guests indoors, with additional space available for outdoor gatherings by the pond and throughout the surrounding grounds.
- How do I make a reservation online? To view availability and pricing, please select "All Properties" on our website, then choose "Utah Gathering Place" for the venue rental. If you have family coming into town and need overnight accommodations, we recommend reserving the "Country House and Utah Gathering Place" for both the venue and lodging.
- What is required to secure a reservation? Your date will be officially reserved once we receive your signed contract and 50% deposit.
- Is alcohol or smoking allowed at Utah Gathering Place? Sorry, alcohol and smoking is not permitted on or near the property.
