The Living Room

Our oversized couch gives everyone a spot to kick back, relax, and actually hang out together. Whether you’re watching a movie on the Smart TV, battling it out over a favorite game, or just staying up way too late talking and laughing, this room was made for together time.

With Wi-Fi and plenty of space to spread out, it’s the perfect place to gather, relax, and make memories.

The Commercial Kitchen 

Our commercial kitchen is designed to make hosting big groups easy, whether you’re cooking up a family feast or bringing in a caterer for your special event.

The large gathering table is the perfect spot to sit down together, play games, tell stories, and enjoy a little friendly competition while the food is being prepared. For larger events, the serving window makes it easy to serve your guests without the kitchen becoming a traffic jam.

And of course, what gathering is complete without soft-serve ice cream?! Our ice cream machine adds an extra dose of fun and makes dessert a favorite part of the celebration.

The Bridal Suite 

Every bride deserves a beautiful place to slow down, get ready, and soak in every moment of the big day. Our Bridal Suite was designed with just that in mind.

With extra space to spread out, a large statement mirror and spin chair for getting ready, there’s plenty of room for the bride and her girls to laugh, relax, do hair and makeup, and enjoy those special moments before the celebration begins.

We even gave the Bridal Suite its own special entrance into the building, making it easy to come and go while keeping this space tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the event.

The Groom’s Room 

Even the groom needs a place to hang out! This room gives the guys a spot to relax, get ready, and enjoy some time together before the celebration begins.

And because we know the guys like to have a little fun, you’ll even find fishing rods in the closet—just in case the pond starts calling!

The Gym 

This is no ordinary gym! Our full-size sports court features both basketball and pickleball lines, making it the perfect place to play, compete, and have a little fun.

The sport court flooring also makes the gym a unique event space when you want something beyond the traditional venue. And our built-in bench does double duty—it provides seating while cleverly hiding all the balls and play equipment underneath.

The Indoor Pool 

Nothing beats having a private pool all to yourself! Our heated indoor pool is made for year-round fun, no matter the season. In the summer, open the two large glass garage doors and let the sunshine and fresh air pour in. In the winter, keep them closed and enjoy a warm, cozy swim while the snow stays outside.

Summer, winter, rain or shine—pool day is always in season at Utah Gathering Place!

The Locker Rooms 

We made it easy to spend the whole day having fun!  Our separate boys’ and girls’ locker rooms each include full bathrooms and showers, giving everyone a convenient place to change, freshen up, and get back to the fun.

The Grounds 

When you rent Utah Gathering Place, you get the entire 6-acre estate to enjoy! There’s room to spread out, explore, play, and create your perfect gathering.

Take a walk around the 1-acre private pond, relax on the dock, or enjoy the walking trail. The wide-open grassy areas are perfect for games, parties, and all kinds of events. Kids can enjoy the playset and in-ground trampoline, while the outdoor basketball court keeps the competition going.

And with a large paved parking lot, there’s plenty of convenient parking for your guests and events.

Surrounded by beautiful mature trees and plenty of open space, the grounds give you something that’s hard to find—a place where everyone can get outside, play, gather, and make memories together.
