Our Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room give both sides of the wedding party their own special spaces to get ready, relax, laugh, and enjoy the excitement of the day. From hair and makeup to laughs, nerves, and last-minute preparations, these spaces are designed to just for you!

- Can I schedule a tour? Absolutely! Since this is a private venue, tours are available by appointment only. We would be happy to help you schedule a time to visit. Contact 801-725-0194
- How many people can we invite? The venue building accommodates up to 150 guests indoors at a time, but there is plenty of space for additional guests for outdoor gatherings by the pond and throughout the surrounding grounds.
- Can I bring my own vendors? Yes! You are welcome to bring any vendor of your choice to make your day special.
- How long do we have the venue on our wedding day? You’ll have full access to the venue from 8 AM to 10 PM, giving you plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and clean up.
- How do I make a reservation? Contact us at 801-725-0194 or email us at [email protected] and we will help you get set up.
- What is required to secure a reservation? Your date will be officially reserved once we receive your signed contract and 50% deposit.
- Is alcohol or smoking allowed at Utah Gathering Place? Sorry, alcohol and smoking is not permitted on or near the property.
