- Can I schedule a tour? Absolutely! Since this is a private venue, tours are available by appointment only. We would be happy to help you schedule a time to visit. Contact 801-725-0194
- How many people can we invite? The Gathering Hall accommodates up to 150 guests indoors, with additional space available for outdoor gatherings by the pond and throughout the surrounding grounds.
- How long do we have the venue on our wedding day? You’ll have full access to the venue for 12 hours, from 10 AM to 10 PM, giving you plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and clean up.
- How do I make a reservation online? To view availability and pricing, please select "All Properties" on our website, then choose "Utah Gathering Place" for the venue rental. If you have family coming into town and need overnight accommodations, we recommend reserving the "Country House and Utah Gathering Place" for both the venue and lodging.
- What is required to secure a reservation? Your date will be officially reserved once we receive your signed contract and 50% deposit.
- Is alcohol or smoking allowed at Utah Gathering Place? Sorry, alcohol and smoking is not permitted on or near the property.
